Pieko Sugar is produced using non-volumetric approach, which means that every bag goes through a weighing sensor to make sure that the net weight of the product is exactly 1kg
unlike the others who make the weight assumption based on the volume of the product.
Production Process at Pieko Sugar

Through a hygienic screening process, sugar is inserted into the automatic packer. The weight sensor will output precisely at 1 kg before being sealed in the sugar pouch.
Our quality control team assures that the sugar is in good condition and every packaging is tightly sealed.

24 bags are then packed into 1 box and ready to be distributed to customers.
